I. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date you sign for receipt of the merchandise.
Returned items must remain in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from artificial damage—with all original tags and packaging intact.
For returns resulting from quality issues (e.g., damage, defects, incorrect items shipped, etc.), we will cover the associated return shipping costs.
For returns unrelated to quality issues (e.g., incorrect sizing, personal preference, etc.), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

II. Refund Details

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account; the actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your specific payment platform.
If coupons or discounts were applied to the order, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
